Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan has bought 2 floors in a building in south Delhi. The building is said to be associated with the Khans.
The building in which Aryan Khan has made the purchase is the same building where Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan used to live once. The basement and the ground floor is already owned by the Khans.
According to the Economic Times, Aryan bought this property in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park. The transaction was registered in May 2024 and he has paid Rs 2.64 crore as stamp duty. The residence has been designed by none other than Gauri Khan herself.
Pradeep Prajapati, founder of boutique real estate consultancy firm Wealthvisory Capital mentioned that “In Delhi, high-value transactions by Bollywood stars are rare. Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan had also sold his Gulmohar Park property in South Delhi for around ₹23 crore,”
This is not the first time that the Khan children are making headlines for their investments. In January last year, Suhana Khan bought a farmhouse in Thal village, Alibaugh worth 12.91 crores. A year later, she purchased the beach front property near Mumbai coastal for 10 crores.
On the professional front, Arayan has decided to ditch acting and is ready to make his directorial debut with a web series Stardom. It is a six-episode digital series set against the backdrop of the film industry, backed by Shah Rukh and Gauri’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment. Whereas Suhana Khan is shooting for Sujoy Ghosh’s The king in which she is set to appear with King Khan.
