South Korean rapper and musician Jackson Wang is currently in India, busy exploring the country and promoting his upcoming studio album, MAGIC MAN 2. In the midst of it all, he even paid a visit to the Roshan household. He even eagerly showed an interest in collaborating with Hrithik Roshan, preferably for his upcoming superhero film Krrish 4. This led to speculations that he might be a part of the film. As fans started hyping up his appearance in Krrish 4, he has now issued a clarification on the same and stated that the news was fake.
Putting the speculations and his Indian fans’ excitement to rest, during his recent interview with the news agency PTI, the former GOT7 member revealed that he is not a part of the film. Quoted by the Free Press Journal, he said, “It’s fake news. It’s a big movie, so I’ve never acted before, so it’s impossible for me (to do it). This is a joke between him (his friend) and me. So, it was just entertaining news.”

Well, the speculations were given wind when, during another interview, he had gushed about Hrithik and the upcoming film Krrish 4. He had expressed his desire to collaborate with the actor for the film, like composing a song for it. Wang said, “I think he’s preparing for a new movie, Krrish 4. I don’t know, maybe I’ll be able to participate in the soundtrack. Or, you know, maybe… I’ve never acted before. So maybe this’ll be my first time acting.”
In another interview, Jackson also expressed his excitement about collaborating with Hrithik for a dance number. Hilariously revealing that he would love to collaborate with the actor in Magic Man 3, the 31-year-old musician added, “A lot of time, I really miss having a label. Maybe I should sign with a good company. Maybe I should sign with Hrithik. Please sign me, I’m in Krrish 4, what I’ve officially announced right now. Thank you. The soundtrack is me, the side cast is me. You probably won’t see me in Krrish 4 because as soon as I come out, I die. But you will see me at a screening party.”

Talking about Krrish 4, the Hrithik Roshan directorial will see Priyanka Chopra returning to the franchise and reprising her role of Priya. The film is scheduled for release in 2026. With casting underway, the film might see the return of Jadoo, the beloved alien from the film Koi… Mil Gaya (2003).
