The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) sent an official letter to rapper Badshah to question his upcoming performance in Dallas on September 19, 2025, at the Curtis Culwell Centre. The concern is that the Badshah Un-Finished Tour event is reportedly sponsored by 3Sixty Shows, a company said to be owned by Pakistani nationals.
According to Free Press Journal, the letter stated, “Dear Mr. Badshah, It has come to our attention that you are scheduled to perform in an upcoming event ‘Badhshah Un-Finished Tour’ at the Curtis Culwell Centre in Dallas, USA, on the 19th of Sept. 2025 which is reportedly being sponsored by 3Sixty Shows, a company owned and operated by Pakistani nationals. As you are aware, the Federation of Western lndia Cine Employees (FWICE), in alignment with the directives issued by the Ministry of lnformation and Broadcasting, Government of lndia, has clearly instructed all artists, performers, and technicians in the lndian entertainment industry to refrain from engaging in any professional collaborations or performances with Pakistani nationals or organisations connected to Pakistan. These measures are in place considering the continuing acts of terrorism and hostile activities directed against lndia from across the border.”
The letter also mentioned a recent terror attack in Pahalgam on April 22, 2025, where five soldiers were killed and others injured in an ambush by heavily armed terrorists. It continued, “The most recent and tragic example is the Pahalgam terror attack of 22nd April ZO2S, where heavily armed terrorists ambushed an army convoy, resulting in the martyrdom of five brave soldiers and injuries to several others. This incident is a painful reminder of the unrelenting violence faced by our nation and underscores the importance of solidarity in our stance against such perpetrators and their supporters. ln light of this, we request your immediate clarification regarding your association with this event and the said organisers. We trust that as a respected lndian artist, you will uphold the sentiments of the nation and the directives issued by FWICE and the Government of lndia.”
The letter ended by asking for a quick response from Badshah, warning that further steps would be taken according to FWICE rules if needed.

This isn’t the first time FWICE has raised such concerns. Previously, the organization warned actor Kartik Aaryan about his alleged involvement in an Independence Day event organized by a Pakistani restaurant in Houston. Aaryan’s team clarified, “Kartik Aaryan is not associated with this event in any capacity. He has never made an official announcement about participating in this event. We have contacted the organisers and requested to remove all promotional materials featuring his name and image.”
