Singer Armaan Malik recently took his X handle to share his thoughts on Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. He tweeted, ”Ranbir Kapoor is the best actor of our generation. Period”. While the singer simply shared his opinion online, many people pranced on him for calling the actor ‘best of our generation’.
The actor finally reacted to the hateful comments he received by asking the people to calm down. Armaan tweeted, ”I hate that by just saying what I felt about somebody being the best actor, so many peeps are coming at me and judging me as person lol you guys really need to chill.”

He continued, ”I wrote that tweet in admiration of someone’s craft, and that was that. Kindly take your hate elsewhere. Thank you” Fans came to his defence as one fan tweeted, ”Stop replying to them, Armaan. They thrive on that attention. A ration dealer in India has more reach than them” while another wrote, ”Ignore them brother”.
Armaan Malik’s tweet came amid Animal’s box office success. However, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga movie is also courting criticism for its excessive violence and glorification of misogyny. Nonetheless, Ranbir Kapoor is being praised for carrying the film to success and delivering his career-best performance in Animal.
