Janhvi Kapoor has gained popularity for her appearances both on-screen and off. Recently, the actress, who has become a favourite among photographers, made a candid revelation. In an interview with The Lallantop, Janhvi shared that paparazzi get paid per photo of a star, depending on their popularity.
Janhvi Kapoor talked about photographers who follow celebrities (paparazzi). During movie promotion she said, photographers are invited to take pictures of her at the airport. But when there’s no movie promotion happening and she wants privacy, they try harder to follow her around because they get money for every picture they take.
Janhvi also said that being a celebrity is like having a special card (ration card) – the more famous you are, the more your pictures are worth. If you’re a big star, photographers will follow you around. If you’re not as famous, you might need to call them to take your picture.
Janhvi Kapoor’s Upcoming Projects
Janhvi Kapoor is back with her co-star from the movie “Roohi,” Rajkummar Rao! They’re teaming up again for a new movie called “Mr. and Mrs. Mahi.” This movie will be a romantic drama with a sports theme, directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Karan Johar. Janhvi also has another movie coming up called “Ulajh.” This one will be a spy thriller directed by Sudhanshu Saria. She’ll be acting alongside actors like Gulshan Deviah, Roshan Mathew, Rajesh Tailang, and Adil Hussain.
Currently, she is shooting for Dharma Productions’ “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari,” where she is paired once again with her “Bawaal” co-star Varun Dhawan. “Mr. and Mrs. Mahi” is set to release on May 31.
