Mahira Khan Meets Her Doppelganger At The Airport In Viral Post, Fans Say They Are ‘Same To Same’

Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, who is best known for starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the 2017 superhit movie Raees, recently ran into her doppelganger at the airport.

For a long time now, Pakistani influencer Kurasah Anwer Sheikh has been called Mahirea Khan’s look alike. She even gained thousands of followers because of how similar people think she looks to Mahira Khan. While not everyone agrees they look similar, many do say so, and Kurasah Anwer Sheikh has committed to the bit.

Recently, after running into Mahira Khan, Kurasah Anwer Sheikh posted an image along with the actress on her official Instagram account. She captioned the pic with one simple word, “Hi.”

In the image, for those confused, Kurasah Anwer Sheikh is on the left while Mahira Khan is on the right. In the image, the actress seems to be in an all natural no makeup look wearing a simple airport worthy outfit.

In the next image on the slide, Kurasah Anwer Sheikh posted some comments she received regarding her image with Mahira Khan. One follower of hers wrote, “Twins” while another said, “So cute, same same.”

Recently, during an appearance at the Pakistan Literature Festival, an object was thrown towards Mahira Khan who, in spite of getting angry, wrote a relatable post about it saying, “What happened at the event was uncalled for. No one should think it’s okay to throw something on stage, even if it’s a flower wrapped up in a paper plane (it’s a figure of speech, for those taking it literally). It sets the wrong precedent. It is unacceptable. There are times I get scared, not just for myself, but for others who may be trapped in a mob-like situation.”

Last year, Mahira Khan married businessman Salim Karim. On the work side, Mahira Khan will next be seen opposite Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed in Pakistan’s first Netflix series, Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo. The series is an official adaptation of Farhat Ishtiaq’s 2013 Urdu-language novel.
