One of the most popular rappers in the Indian rap scenes, Badshah has stirred up the internet by bagging a collaboration with the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. Taking to his social media, the rapper shared the trailer of his upcoming album titled Ek Tha Raja.
The video showed Badshah descending from his private plane. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan says in a voiceover, ”Taakat aasmaan me nahi. Zameen par hoti hai aur ye takat usi ko milti hai jo jhookar use uthana jaanta hai.”
Badshah shared the video with the caption, ”NAAM BADSHAH JAISE IT WAS DESTINED. WATCH THE FULL TRAILER ON YOUTUBE AND PRE SAVE THE ALBUM ON SPOTIFY EK THA RAJA OUT ON 18/3/24. SHOUT OUT TO THE ORIGINAL BADSHAH “SHAH RUKH KHAN” SIR @iamsrk”.

The internet was shocked to witness the collaboration. Celebrities like Tanmay Bhattm rapper Raftaar, and comedian Zakir Khan along with netizens expressed their shock in the comment section.
As quoted by Gulf News, Badshah stated, ”I’ve spent sleepless nights in the studio, working tirelessly on this album for over a year and I’m grateful for how it has all finally shaped up. A big thank you to Shahrukh Khan, all the partners and each of the amazing collaborators for all the love and support.”. The album Ek Tha Raja will be released on March 18, 2024.
