Vin Diesel’s Former Assistant Files Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Him; ‘Was Fired From Job Hours Later’

Fast And Furious actor Vin Diesel’s former assistant, Asta Jonasson, has filed a lawsuit against him, alleging that he sexually assaulted her in 2010.

According to the reports, the case was filed in a Los Angeles court. In the lawsuit, the ex-assistant alleged that Diesel sexually abused her in an Atlanta hotel when they were working on their film, Fast Five.

As of now, Diesel’s team has not responded to allegations made by Asta.

Jonasson’s lawyer, Claire-Lise Kutlay, said in her statement, “Sexual harassment in the workplace will never stop if powerful men are protected from accountability.” The statement further read, “We hope her courageous decision to come forward helps create lasting change and empowers other survivors.”

According to the lawsuit, Diesel groped her breast and kissed her forcefully. It also stated that the actor had already spent a night entertaining several women in his hotel suite.

It further stated that Vin Diesel “ignored” Jonasson’s clear message of “non consent” to his sexual advance.

It further stated that the Hollywood star forced his assistant to hold his erect penis even when she was shouting for him to stop. The lawsuit further stated that the actor then pinned her against the internet wall and masturbated. Diesel set her free when he was done masturbating, and then he left the hotel room.

The lawsuit revealed that Asta Jonasson was fired just a few hours after the horrific episode. It also revealed the reason why Asta was mum about it until now. It read, “afraid to speak out against one of the world’s highest-grossing actors, afraid she would be ostracized from the industry.”

Diesel is not the first actor who has been accused of sexual assault in Hollywood. Several bigwigs in the industry have been accused during the MeToo movement.
