Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has introduced a new Redmi Watch 4 smartwatch during the Redmi K70 launch event in China. The new Redmi Watch 4 comes AMOLED panel with Always-On Display support, 470 mAh battery, and runs on HyperOS.

Priced at 499 yuan (around Rs 5,957), the Redmi Watch 4 is available in Elegant Black and Silver Snow White colour options in China. The Redmi Watch 4 offers users a variety of strap choices, including metallic, leather, or nylon options. Currently, it can be bought on the official Xiaomi website in China, and shipments will start from December 5. As of now, there is no official word from the brand on its availability in India.
Redmi Watch 4 Smartwatch Specifications
Redmi Watch 4 Smartwatch features a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with 390×450 pixel resolution and a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. It operates on Xiaomi’s HyperOS. Featuring a square dial and an aluminum frame design, the smartwatch boasts an upgraded four-channel PPG sensor and offers access to more than 150 sports modes.
The new smartwatch from Redmi keeps track of various daily activities. The smartwatch comes with multiple sensors for monitoring stress, heart rate, oxygen levels, and sleep patterns. It is equipped with acceleration, gyro, geomagnetic, ambient light and optical heart rate sensors along with blood oxygen tracker.
The smartwatch is also coming with menstrual cycle tracker. Designed to be water-resistant, the Redmi Watch 4 is equipped with a 470mAh battery, providing an impressive battery life of up to 20 days in typical usage. With the Always-On Display feature activated, it still claims to offer up to 10 days on a single charge.
Redmi has also unveiled the Redmi Buds 5 Pro, featuring 10mm ceramic-coated tweeters and 11mm titanium-plated woofers. These earbuds provide impressive active noise cancellation of up to 52dB. The Redmi Buds 5 Pro are priced at CNY 399 (around Rs. 4,700).
The Redmi Buds 5 Pro provide a total battery life of up to 38 hours, including the charging case. It also comes with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
