Sandeep Vanga On Being Told To See A Psychiatrist: ‘Agar Mein Rifile Lekar Reviewers Ke Office Mein Ghuss Jau…’

In a recent chat with Komal Nahta, the business expert told Sandeep that many users suggested he should see a psychiatrist because of X. Sandeep hit back, saying ‘People who tweeted should be the ones seeing a psychiatrist.’

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s new movie Animal is making waves this year. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor in key roles the film is a big success at the box office. But, staying true to Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s style it’s also stirring up controversy due to some intense scenes. This has led to the director facing criticism in many reviews.

He mentioned: “I’ll include some uncomfortable scenes; that’s the essence of the film, the essence of art. It’s meant to unsettle, provoke, and irritate. But if I were to act out such things in real life, like storming into a reviewer’s office with a rifle, then you can advise me to see a psychiatrist.

Talking about the intense scenes in the movie, Sandeep mentioned, “Honestly, I toned down a few scenes because I thought they might be too overwhelming for the Indian audience. This happens naturally because I am also a viewer of Indian cinema.

Animal faced criticism for glorifying misogyny and toxic masculinity. Sandeep addressed the negative reviews, saying, “If you’re earning money, fame and a name by criticizing my film, then go ahead.

Earlier he mentioned, ‘This happened with many critics during Kabir Singh. Nobody talks about the editing or sound design because they are essentially uneducated and illiterate when it comes to films.’ This statement sparked a debate on the internet.
