Ex-couple and actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan became the talk of the town after her made his much-awaited debut with Dharma Productions’ film Nadaaniyan (2025). Co-starring Khushi Kapoor, the movie premiered on Netflix and became meme material with netizens criticising everyone in it on the internet. Well, he is all set to return to the small screens, this time on JioHotstar with the upcoming film Sarzameen, co-starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kajol Devgan.
Khan has already left the netizens impressed with his unique look in the recently released teaser as well as the trailer. He is seen sporting a long beard and kohl-rimmed eyes. A recent media report even suggests that he had to undergo extensive action training for his sequences in the film. Not only that, but he also had to lose weight for the part.

News18, quoting an independent industry source, reported, “Ibrahim Ali Khan will be seen performing intense action in his upcoming film, Sarzameen. To prepare for the role, he underwent extensive action training. He not only learned various forms of action but also came down from 83kg to 77kg for this role. He dedicated a significant amount of time to perfecting his action sequences.”
Sarzameen, set against the backdrop of a volatile Kashmir, follows the lives of Colonel Vijay Menon (Prithviraj) and his wife Meera (Kajol), who are living their life while grieving something. The appearance of Harman (Ibrahim), a young man struggling with shadowed memories and truths, brings chaos into their lives. Directed by Kayoze Irani, Sarzameen is scheduled for release on JioHotstar on July 25, 2025.

On the work front, after Sarzameen, Ibrahim Ali Khan reportedly has a love story opposite Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani. The latter made her debut earlier this year with Azaad, co-starring Aaman Devgan. If media reports are to be believed, they are currently busy preparing for their roles in the untitled project, engaging in reading sessions and workshops.
