Karisma Kapoor was seen at Mumbai airport on July 20, 2025, with her daughter Samaira as they returned to the city. Videos of them leaving the airport are now spreading across social media. Both Karisma and Samaira wore matching black outfits. Karisma paused briefly for the paparazzi to take photos, but Samaira seemed to avoid the cameras. Karisma wore a black tracksuit with white sneakers, her hair in a ponytail, stylish sunglasses, and carried a large designer bag. Samaira also wore a comfortable black tracksuit and turned away from the cameras while walking ahead of her mother. Karisma’s son, Kiaan, was waiting for them in the car.
Earlier, Karisma and her children, Samaira and Kiaan, were spotted at Mumbai airport traveling to New Delhi for a second prayer meet in memory of her late ex-husband, Sunjay Kapur. The first prayer meet was also held in New Delhi. Karisma was joined by her sister Kareena Kapoor Khan and brother-in-law Saif Ali Khan. During the emotional tribute, Karisma prayed alongside Sunjay’s wife, Priya Sachdev Kapur, with Samaira and Kiaan also participating.
Sunjay Kapur was previously married to designer Nandita Mahtani for two years before they separated in 2003. He married Karisma in 2003, and they separated in 2014, finalizing their divorce in 2016. They have two children: 20-year-old Samaira and 14-year-old Kiaan. Sunjay later married Priya Sachdev Kapur, with whom he has a son, Azarias.
Karisma has not commented publicly on Sunjay’s sudden passing. However, after her birthday, she shared a message on Instagram Stories, saying, “Thank you everyone for ur warm wishes and support.”
