As anticipation for Pushpa 2: The Rule reaches a fever pitch, fans of Allu Arjun have another reason to rejoice. The Hindi version of the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise is set for a re-release in cinemas just weeks ahead of the sequel’s theatrical debut on December 5, 2024.
Goldmines Telefilms shared the announcement with a short teaser clip of Allu Arjun as the indomitable Pushpa Raj, lighting up social media. This strategic re-release aims to rekindle the frenzy for the Pushpa franchise and introduce new audiences to the rugged charm of its protagonist. Pushpa: The Rise will release in theaters again on November 22.

Released in December 2021, Pushpa: The Rise became an unprecedented pan-India success. The film not only solidified Allu Arjun’s superstardom in the Telugu film industry but also made him a household name in the Hindi-speaking belt. The Hindi-dubbed version grossed a whopping ₹106 crore net, while the original Telugu version added ₹136 crore to its tally, making it Allu Arjun’s highest-grossing film to date.
The movie’s songs, particularly Oo Antava and Srivalli, became chartbusters, and Pushpa Raj’s signature dialogue, “Main jhukega nahi,” turned into a cultural phenomenon.
